    One of our clients, which is one of the most famous Japanese Food Trading Companies, is now looking for Retail Channel Strategy & Execution Staff.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Conduct regular store visits to check promotional activities and perform market research
    - Develop retail marketing strategies and promotional plans tailored to each retail chain
    - Hold discussions with distributors regarding retail initiatives and monitor their activities
    - Execute and evaluate activities in collaboration with distributors
    - Support the operation and management of exhibitions and trade shows
    - The other tasks assigned by the JP manager.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    ＜Must＞
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher
    - At least 3 years of experience in dairy products, high-nutrition foods, or healthcare industry
    - Experience implementing trade marketing strategies and driving sales growth in the GT and MT channels
    - Experience in sales negotiations and promotion planning/proposal
    - Experience negotiating directly with distributors and the ability to communicate on equal footing

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Japanese N2 Intermediate level or English Intermediate level.
    - Experience working with nutrition beverages or functional food brands
    - Experience in distributor management and channel development
    - Experience in FMCG companies
