    One of our clients, which is one of the most famous Japanese Food Trading Companies, is now looking for Retail Channel Strategy & Execution Staff.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Lead discussions with sales distributors regarding retail promotion plans and ensure proper execution
    - Develop retail promotion strategies and collaborate with distributors to implement and evaluate activities
    - Regular visits to retail stores to monitor promotions and conduct market research
    - Manage and support exhibition and trade show operations
    - Analyze sales and market data to improve retail performance
    - The other tasks assigned by the JP manager.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    ＜Must＞
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher
    - At least 3 years of experience in dairy products, high-nutrition foods, or healthcare industry
    - Experience in GT (General Trade) and MT (Modern Trade) channels
    - Experience in sales negotiations and promotion planning/proposal
    - Experience negotiating directly with distributors and the ability to communicate on equal footing

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Japanese N2 Intermediate level or English Intermediate level.
    - Experience working with nutrition beverages or functional food brands
    - Experience in distributor management and channel development
    - Experience in FMCG companies
