    【Job summary 】
    - Responsible for work as an HRM

    【Job detail】
    ‐ Manage and ensure compliance with the Company’s internal rules and regulations.
    ‐ Develop recruitment policies and recruitment standards.
    ‐ Implement and control the execution of recruitment plans.
    ‐ Manage employee policies and benefits in accordance with Labor Law.
    ‐ Manage reward, disciplinary regulations, and the performance evaluation system.
    ‐ Advise and resolve all HR-related issues across all departments and divisions.
    ‐ Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
    ‐ Oversee HR operations for four factories within the company.
    ‐ Job details will be discussed further during the interview.

  • Yêu cầu

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
    - Language: Japanese (From N2 advanced)
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in HRM on manufacturing factory. (with more than 1,000 employees)
    - Experience in building salary scales, compensation policies, and performance evaluation systems.

    【Skills】
    - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    - Good reporting, presentation, and public speaking skills; ability to prepare documents and conduct training.
    - Strong analytical skills with accurate assessment of workforce quality.
    - Ability to manage and supervise staff within the department.
    - Strong organizational, planning, and personnel allocation management skills.
