    Human Resources:

    - Monitor attendance, leave, and implement company policies. Coordinate with departments to collect data on employee overtime and night shifts for payroll processing.

    - Manage systems related to timekeeping, payroll, insurance, labor contracts, and other HR-related matters.

    - Handle and advise management on HR-related issues such as company policies, benefits, and compensation to ensure employees' welfare is well maintained.

    - Propose and draft various types of contracts including probationary contracts, labor contracts, service contracts, and contract termination agreements.

    - Recruitment: Ensure effective screening and selection of suitable candidates; discuss recruitment policies with management to enhance hiring efficiency. Maintain and update personnel records and employee profiles.

    - Liaise with government agencies such as the Social Insurance Agency, Tax Department, etc., to fulfill the company's legal obligations and safeguard employee rights.

    - Organize and arrange labor conferences and disseminate company policies to all employees. Coordinate meetings with the Labor Union for workplace dialogues.

    - Training: Manage employee training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.

    - Administration:

    - Manage costs and supply of office equipment, stationery, canteen services, company vehicles, and fuel usage.

    - Ensure office infrastructure, security, and general hygiene are properly maintained.

    - Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, forms, records, and filing systems.

    - Provide administrative support to other departments such as arranging transportation, accommodation, flights, visas, etc.

    - Foreign personnel records: Handle work permits, temporary residence cards, visas, and other necessary documents for foreign employees in a timely manner.

    - Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulations.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    - Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law (candidates from Hanoi Law University or the School of Law – Vietnam National University, Hanoi are preferred).

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, including 1–2 years as Manager or equivalent position.
    • Strong skills in legal drafting and document analysis.
    • Ability to manage tasks and personnel effectively.
    • Good communication skills, with the ability to work in teams and collaborate across departments.
    • Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Fluent in English: Strong Intermediate level

    - Having a Lawyer Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
    - Having experience in Industrial Real Estate
