  - We are seeking a Manager-level professional to lead a new business initiative in the Telecommunication Infrastructure / Internet Service domain. This is a strategic position with no team to manage initially, but with the potential to expand into a leadership role and head a new legal entity in the future.

  - Take ownership of launching and growing a new business in the Internet Network/ISP field.
  - Conduct market research, evaluate potential opportunities, and build strategic roadmaps.
  - Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders both locally and internationally.
