  【Job Responsibilities】
  - Provide sales support for the company’s core textile products, including sewing threads and padding materials
  - Assist in the preparation of quotations and contracts in coordination with the sales team and customers
  - Liaise with the production factory in Hanoi and oversee logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery and inventory control
  - Support the relocation and setup process for new production facilities, including coordination with local teams and suppliers
  - Serve as interpreter during client visits, factory tours, and internal meetings (Japanese ↔ Vietnamese/English)
  - Accompany Japanese staff or clients on-site and provide translation and logistical assistance as needed
  - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery schedules, and sales documentation
