  As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for equipment installation, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and project support for clients in Vietnam and potentially neighboring countries. This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for candidates with strong mechanical expertise and a passion for industrial efficiency and systems optimization.

  - Construction site management for electrical or mechanical works
  - Coordination with clients and internal engineering teams
  - Review and preparation of construction and as-built drawings
  - Safety and quality control, as well as site patrol and inspection
  - Participation in meetings with Japanese managers and team leaders (in English or Vietnamese)
  - Liaison and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders
