Trách nhiệm chính• Lập và kiểm tra bản vẽ kỹ thuật cho hệ thống thiết bị công trình/nhà máy.• Lập báo giá và dự toán chi phí.• Chỉ đạo và giám sát công việc tại công trường; phụ trách đồng thời nhiều dự án/công trường.• Quản lý tiến độ và đảm bảo công việc được triển khai theo đúng kế hoạch.• Tham gia các cuộc họp và trao đổi với khách hàng Nhật Bản về yêu cầu dự án và các vấn đề kỹ thuật.• Chỉ đạo, hướng dẫn và quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên Việt Nam với vai trò Trưởng nhóm Kỹ thuật Thiết bị.• Phối hợp và quản lý các nhà thầu phụ cùng các thành viên liên quan trong dự án.• Làm đầu mối/Trưởng nhóm trong các dự án thiết kế và thi công hệ thống thiết bị nhà máy.• Trao đổi, giải thích các phương án kỹ thuật và nội dung đã nghiên cứu với khách hàng một cách logic, rõ ràng.
