    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for undertaking customer data management projects.

    【Main responsibilities】
    - Interview and develop the DEV team to execute the above-mentioned project.
    - Serve as the communication bridge between the Parent Company in Japan and the Developer team in Vietnam.
    - Manage the system design and project planning (create, organize, and adjust schedules, etc.).
    - Receive and discuss requirements from the Japanese department via online meetings or travel to Japan for direct explanations from clients.
    - Document designs in Japanese and Vietnamese, then explain and delegate tasks to team members.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Proficient in Japanese listening, speaking, reading, and writing (from N2 advanced)
    - At least 3 years working experience as BrSE or Project Leader
    - Ability to write specifications in Japanese and provide guidance while monitoring the team's execution.
    - Understand technical specifications
    - Strong management skills

    <Prefer>
    - Experience with onsite work in Japan is an advantage.
