    - Graduates from top-ranked prestigious universities, major in: Finance, Marketing, Economic
    - More than 3 years experience in new business development (especially working experience in financial institutions)
    - Strong network in the M&A and banking industry for sourcing new investment and cooperation
    - Fluent business English (Business level)
    - Experience in sourcing and market data collection.
    - Understandings of local business domains and practices
