  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for playing a role as a communication bridge between the developing teams in Vietnam and Japan to grow our business and Digitalization of the Construction industry dynamically. Working in a squad model alongside a product manager and small agile teams, you will be involved in all project phases, from design and development to testing, deployment, operation, and maintenance.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  - Delegate project tasks based on members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience.
  - Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  - Report and escalate to management as needed.
  - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  - Meet with the Japan team to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  - Ensure resource availability and allocation.
