    A Japanese human resources consulting company with a corporation in Hanoi, Vietnam is looking for a BPO manager.

    [What you will be working on]
    -Operation of BPO center, management, and evaluation of members
    -Project delivery date management
    -Recruitment of employees and part-time workers, training of new employees, management of joining and leaving the company
    -Employee shift management
    -Aggregation and reporting of progress and actual figures
    -Process management, sales planning performance reporting, etc.
    -Project planning for new initiatives at the Japanese headquarters
    -Market research and development for domestic projects in Vietnam

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    [Must]
    -University graduate
    -N1 level of Japanese Speaking
    -At least 5 years of working experience in a Japanese firm (Need to be the same company)
    -Experience the managerial job scope for more than 5 subordinates

    [Advantage]
    -Having infrastructure and network knowledge and dealing with network problems is advantageous
