    One of our clients, which is a Japanese Manufacturing firm producing furniture, is now looking for IT Support Staff.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Handling network and system projects (switching, firewall, server) depending on project scope
    -Running regular checks on network and data security and ensuring IT security is maintained according to the group IT security policy
    -Troubleshoot and manage the Office's Network and Server
    -Analyzing business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
    -Contacting vendors and procure IT software, hardware, network, record vendors’ information
    -Working with the Head-quarter IT department, discuss and implement the IT solution
    -Setting up new desktop/laptop; installing and configuring hardware, and software; providing hardware/software user manual and individual training for staff

  • Yêu cầu

    【What they are looking for】
    (Must)
    -At least 5 years of experience in internal IT help desk for Network/Server
    -Proficient in SQL, VMware, Active Directory
    -English: Intermediate
    -Experience in liaising with many divisions and arranging meetings.

    (Advantage)
    -Working Experience in a manufacturing firm of Electronics
    -Proficient in AWS
    -Working Experience in a Japanese Firm
