    <Must>
    - Education level: Any
    - Have basic software development knowledge
    - Japanese N2 strong intermediate level (Able to discuss technology and business with Japanese management team and read comprehension to understand Japanese materials and documents are required. JLPT N2 or higher.)
    - Experienced in managing a development team
    - Management skills and a sense of responsibility
