  Take responsibility to manage and operate all activities of Sales Department.
  - Make and implement business plans for the department on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basisin live with the company’s development orientation.
  - Carry out market research (demand, competiors, etc) to determine market demand for existing services, propose new services or make timely adjustment.
  - Prepare, direct, supervise and evaluate the marketing plan for the current services and the services to be implemented on the approved budget.
  - Develop a plan to search, approach, consult and take care of customers.
  - Coordinate with other departments to build a consulting service process, customer care, complaint – solving, etc.
  - Develop policies and price margin for services.
  - Propose to the Chief Operation Officer on staff recruitment, arrangement, appointment, reward and discipline in the department.
  - Develop and implement regular training plans in line with the team and company strategy to improve the professionalism for staff.
  - Report to the Chief Operation Officer on business activities periodically or unexpectedly as required.
  - Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
