    ★Responsibility
    -Expanding new shop location and getting the contract from building owner

    ★Job detail
    - Do planning for developing business project of amusement park yearly
    - Searching for leased premises for new project
    - Negotiate the conditions of premise leasing contract
    - Do planning, set up new amusement park
    - Do maintenance, renovation, renew the exist playground store business development according to instruction of superior
    ‐ Possibility to hire staff in the future, and management will be done at that time

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Have experience of business development for 2 year more
    ※Can understand the process of store development
    - Experience in property negotiations and contracts with domestic Vietnamese companies. Especially commercial facilities
    - Have knowledge for contruction
    ※Knowledge of interior design, fire codes, and other practical matters is a plus, but will be acquired through on-the-job training as we work with the parent company and partner companies to build the store.
    - Can go business trip in provinces
    ※Will business trip outside of Ho Chi Minh City for property inspections. Frequency of travel will be based on negotiations and property inspections.
    - Having good communication skills
    - Obtain skills of MS Office of word, excel, pp
    - Good in English (Intermediate level) or Japanese(N2 Intermediate level) skills
