    <Summary>
    To achieve recruitment goals with a focus on recruiting regardless of channels such as direct recruiting, media, referrals, etc.

    <Detail>
    - Formulate recruitment strategies (including communication methods)
    - Selecting and managing recruitment channels, preparing recruitment drafts and handling candidates
    - Coordinate interview schedules with candidates through recruitment channels
    - Liaise with hiring managers and enhance internal website
    - Plan and execute direct recruiting
    - Planning and managing in-house recruitment and other sites
    - Plan and execute recruitment activities and events based on recruitment strategy
    - Manage and analyze candidate volume and recruitment progress
    - Inform candidates of recruitment and evaluation result

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    ・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Recruiter.
    ・Experience working at IT industry
    ・Language skills: N2 intermediate
    ・Ability to commit to achieving goals and KPIs.

    <Prefer>
    ・Worked at Start-up company.
    ・Good communication skills internally and externally.
    ・Experienced in finding candidates, directly contacting candidates to proceed with recruitment
    ・Good use of office computer & Web tools
    ・Have a passion for the field of human resource recruitment and want to develop a career in this field
