    One of our Japanese clients, which is providing international logistics service, is now looking for Key Account Manager.

    [What you will be working on]
    -Be the control tower for the company‘s key accounts
    -Growing the company’s revenue by ensuring that key accounts are satisfied with the services provided.
    -Identify new business opportunities for key clients
    -Attend all meetings, conventions and training workshops
    -Set up SOPs, workflows for the key accounts
    -Conduct internal training cessions for operation teams to comply with customers’ SOPs
    -Educate, train, coach, evaluate department staff

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    【What they are looking for】
    -At least 3years of experience as Key Account Staff or CS / Sales in a logistic/forwarder company
    -English: Upper-Intermediate level
    -Understand the operation work as well, such as booking, billing, and customer service.

    【Prefer】
    -At least 1year of management experience
