    1. Organize, administer and implement company’s sales objectives and branch management
    2. Develop maximum profitable sales to current and potential customers
    3. Supervise salesmen by directing their efforts towards meeting prescribed sales targets
    4. Establish effective after sales service by sales staff
    5. Monitor customer opinion and requirements
    6. Attend to customers complaints
    7. Develop customer loyalty
    8. Cater for technical training of sales staff
    9. Maintain the ISO standards for the sales department
    10. Establish proper sales reporting system by sales personnel
    11. Ensure sales target are met
    12. Ensure that accounts receivables are collected promptly if any.
    13. Liaise with logistics department to ensure that adequate and appropriate stock level is kept.
    14. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.


    1. To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
    2. To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
    3. To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
    4. To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
    5. Supervise the shift that you are scheduled.
    6. Assist Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties.

  • Yêu cầu


    1.Have bachelor's degree (technical major is preferred)
    2. At least 3 years of experience in sales B2B management. (Industrial products)
    3. Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    4. Willingness to travel.
    5. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
    6. Good at English Skills: Upper - Intermedidate level.
    7. Good at computer skills


    1. Have Japanese skill also.
    2. Having experience in chemical, lubricant sales.
    3. Living near company and can work long term commitment.
