  • Yêu cầu

    Minimun
    • At least 4 years of working experience in recruitment
    • University Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
    • University Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology
    • Ability to recognize and evaluate people, especially the individual competencies of candidates
    • Good interpersonal, presentation and relationship skills.
    • Good time management skill
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office
    • Growth mindset and learning agility
    • Passion and desire to make a difference
    • Interview skill and get understanding of personal traits
    • Negotiation, convince and conflict management skills
    • Able to analyze, classify and make decisions
    • Excellent Vietnamese verbal skills.
    • English: TOEIC 600+, IELTS 5.0+ or equivalent.

    Preferred:
    • Have experience with recruitment agency is a plus
    • Have experience In recruiting high position ( senior and manager level, C level
    • Deep understanding about labor market and labor policy, labor laws
    • Wide network in industries such as HR, Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing.
