  One of our customers, which is a trading company of machinery, is now looking for a sales executive to join this dynamic team.
  
  [What you will be working on]
  -Responsible for developing Vietnamese clients, and following up with existing clients.
  -80% new development, 20% existing customers.
  -Approach potential customers by email, and acquire appointments to conduct client meetings.
  -The main methods of developing new customers include introductions from existing customers and follow-up with customers who visit exhibitions.
  -Make a sales strategy to achieve the sales quota.
  -other ad-hoc duties
  -Have KGI's ,but no KPI's

  Machine tools (e.g., metalworking and press systems, etc.)
  Industrial machinery (e.g., food machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, wood and plastic, etc.)

  We have 8 staffs, 2 of whom are Japanese.
  Mr. Yamaguchi is the manager, and there are three Vietnamese sales people under him.
  Their ages are 40, 30, and 29 respectively.
