    * Report to General Director
    * Responsibility
    - Manage a Sales team of 4 - 5 members to achieve the target of the company
    - Build relationship with customer to have new orders/revenue
    (Client now: 60% is Japanese companies)
    - Assign and coordinator with team members
    - Cooperation with other Dept (Design, Manufacturing, Accountant,...) to ensure quality as client's requirement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Must have:
    - Education: University
    - Experience:
    + Min 5 year experience of Sales in the Architect/Interiors
    + Good selling skills and build relationship with customers
    + Knowledge of Architect/ Interior Design
    - Leadership:
    + Ability to manage team members
    + Know how to assign tasks and coordinate team members to complete the target

    * Preferred
    - Candidates who has experience at the same position in the same fied (min 1 year)
    - Can speak Japanese
