    【Job Summary】
    Provide customer support in Japanese (chat and email) for inquiries from Japanese e-commerce site users.

    【Job Details】
    - Provide customer support in Japanese for inquiries from Japanese e-commerce site users (mainly chat, but also email). Also email is available).
    - Provide 1-on-1 support for subordinates and team members.
    - Participate in meetings with Japanese group companies, and report, consult, and collaborate with superiors.
    - Participate in meetings with Japanese clients, and report, consult, and collaborate with superiors.
    - Measure KPI of the team/work and perform quality control.
    - Manage the team's attendance and conduct employee evaluations and assessments.
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese manager.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Passed JLPT N2 or higher
    - Experience handling chat support in Japanese: 4+ years
    - Understanding of hospitality in customer support

    <Prefer>
    - Experience as a team leader or supervisor: 1+ years
    - Communication (conversation) in Japanese with Japanese clients: 1+ years
