    One of our clients, which is selling the lamp, exposure machines, and illumination products is now looking for an Admin cum Sales Assistant.
    This company is listed in the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
    They want someone who can help to set up for starting up a company.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Creating and Dealing with Import-Export documents
    -Helping establish the Hanoi branch through liaising with the government authorities
    -Arrangement of delivery and export of product
    -Liaising with Japan HQ about the Hanoi office situation
    -Other ad-hoc duties about creating a new office

  • 応募条件

    <Must>
    -Possesses Bachelor Degree
    -Experience in Establishing a new office or a new company of Trading/Manufacturing firm. OR Having around 2-3 years of Trading (Import-Export) experience.
    -Japanese: N2 level
    -English: Intermediate level

    <Advantage>
    -Working experience in a Japanese company
    -Being able to speak Korean to liaise with Korean Company
