    The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives in Vietnam. This role involves close collaboration with clients, building management, contractors, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

    1. Business Development & Sales
    - Identify, target, and acquire new clients across commercial, retail, and F&B sectors.
    - Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business opportunities.
    - Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with company standards.
    2. Market Analysis & Strategic Planning
    - Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in Vietnam.
    - Support management in formulating and executing effective business development strategies.
    - Establish and maintain partnerships with developers (building management), contractors, and related stakeholders.
    3. Project & Internal Coordination
    - Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.
    - Assist in monitoring sales pipelines and revenue forecasts
    - Provide timely updates, reports, and presentations on business development activities and results to management.
    4. Networking & Brand Representation
    - Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events if any.
    - Promote the company’s services and portfolio to strengthen market presence.
    - Engage in initiatives to enhance brand visibility in Vietnam’s interior design and construction sectors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in business development, in interior design, construction, building management, or F&B sectors, or related to B2B sales
    - Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
    - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English (Upper Intermediate level)
    - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders.
    - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    - Willingness to travel domestically (Hanoi) and internationally (Bangkok, Singapore HQ)
    as required.
