    【Job Summary】
    - Implement tasks as assigned by the Management Board.
    - Directly participate in managing and operating production work in the factory.
    - Be responsible for establishing rules and regulations for the production workshop.

    【Job description (details)】
    - Advise and support the Factory Manager in developing daily/monthly/quarterly production plans for approval by superiors; and be responsible for organizing the implementation according to the approved plan.
    - Supervise and motivate teams/groups of workers in implementing objectives and plans according to assigned procedures and regulations.
    - Monitor and track daily/weekly/monthly production activities; identify shortcomings, conduct analysis and evaluation to find solutions.
    - Promptly report any issues regarding productivity, quality, equipment, labor, etc., to the Director for guidance and resolution.
    - Implement and manage the factory's production activities.
    - Directly supervise and direct the work of Team Leaders, Group Leaders, and Deputy Supervisors, ensuring effective coordination in work execution.
    - Be responsible for managing personnel and the production line.
    - Inspect and control the production process, productivity, and quality during each shift of each team/group in the factory; manage and tighten production efficiency to avoid delays in work progress.
    - Regularly inspect and evaluate non-conformities in the production process (personnel allocation, work coordination, quality of machinery and equipment, etc.) to find the causes and rectify them; at the same time, proactively prevent and find ways to improve.
    - Regularly monitor and inspect machinery and equipment during the shift, ensuring everything operates stably without damage or malfunction.
    - Develop, guide, and supervise the implementation of procedures and work instructions related to production activities.
    - Directly or indirectly guide workers on proper operation and compliance with occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention regulations within the company.
    - Develop and improve standard production procedures, and train and educate workers.
    - Approve worker skill levels and qualifications, and propose salary increases and rewards for the factory workforce for approval by superiors.
    - Regularly monitor and encourage workers to complete their work; at the end of the day, remind workers to arrange goods neatly and maintain a clean workplace.
    - Monitor, care for, and promptly address the spiritual and material well-being of workers.
    - Organize and conduct regular and ad-hoc meetings with team leaders and group leaders of the production workshop.
    - Resolve related issues and any problems that arise.
    - Perform other tasks as directed and assigned by the management board.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a production manager or in the service industry at a Japanese or foreign company.
    - Communication in Japanese (N3 level) or English (Intermediate level)
