The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation, participating in internal and certification audits, and providing guidance across departments using Japanese language skills. 【Responsibilities】-Control and update ISO-related documents and records including SOPs and Management Reviews. -Manage Internal Audit procedures and ensure full compliance with standard operating guidelines. -Maintain and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) reports. -Monitor risk control measures and quality objectives across operations. -Participate actively in internal audits and external ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification audits. -Update and maintain corrective action reports regularly. -Develop work plans for ISO 9001 activities and monitor ongoing operational progress. -Prepare periodic reports regarding quality management and environmental compliance. -Provide guidance and training to employees from other departments on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. -Other related tasks.
