    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for working as a HR staff

    【Job description】(details)
    - Handle timekeeping, payroll processing, and annual Personal Income Tax (PIT) finalization.
    - Manage social insurance (SHUI) and private insurance schemes; liaise with relevant government authorities and insurance providers.
    - Stay updated with the latest regulations on Labor Law, Social Insurance, and relevant Tax Laws.
    - Execute company policies and benefits; manage personnel records, Labor Contracts, Visas, Work Permits, and internal decisions in compliance with regulations.
    - Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for the company’s manpower needs.
    - Take responsibility for training activities; coordinate with relevant departments to build training plans, execute sessions, and manage training records, certificates, and competency profiles.
    - Prepare periodic reports as required by internal management and government authorities.
    - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
    - Solid understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
    - Proficient in English (Strong Intermediate level)

    <SKILLS>
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    <PREFER>
    - Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Internal Training is highly preferred.
