この度、オペレーションスタッフとしてツアーの企画・調整・管理を行っていただける方を募集します。
【仕事内容】
1.見積作成
・ 顧客の希望や条件に基づくツアー見積と提案
・各国現地オペレーターとの情報・料金収集
2. クレーム対応
・クライアント窓口としてのクレーム受付・対応
・現地オペレーターとの協力による迅速な問題解決
3. 手配業務
・現地ガイド・交通機関・ホテルなどとの調整
・宿泊・アクティビティ・交通手段などの手配確認
・突発的な変更や緊急対応の実施
4.その他付随する業務
・海外出張業務 など

Qualifications
Requirement
<必須条件>
・観光分野の学士号+旅行業界で1年以上の経験
または、学士号+旅行業界で2年以上の経験
・英語での基本的なコミュニケーションが可能な方
<歓迎条件>
・ベトナムでの勤務経験がある方English Level
