  A leading Japanese manufacturer of high-precision machine tools and smart manufacturing solutions is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee all accounting and financial operations in its Vietnam office. This role is responsible for managing financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, cash flow control, and internal controls in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and group policies.
  The Chief Accountant will work closely with local management and regional headquarters to ensure accurate reporting and support strategic decision-making. In addition to supervising the accounting team, the position plays a key role in strengthening financial processes and maintaining compliance within a multinational business environment.

  - Handle all accounting, finance, and tax-related matters
  - Manage payroll calculation for employees
  - Act as the main contact person for banks, accounting firms, and audit firms
  - Arrange hotels and flight tickets for business trips (staff and supervisors)
  - Handle courier shipments and deliveries
  - Other general affairs and administrative tasks (approximately 15% of total duties)
