    【Job Summary】
    Seeking a motivated Sales Assistant Manager to join our Ho Chi Minh branch of a leading Japanese-owned manufacturing company specializing in power transmission belts, plastic parts, conveyor belts, and related industrial components. As Sales Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to support sales operations, drive customer relationships, and contribute to business growth across Vietnam. You will assist in sales planning and execution, liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, quality), coordinate with clients and distributors, and help maintain our reputation for high-quality industrial products. The ideal candidate has strong communication and coordination skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive attitude to support growth in a dynamic manufacturing and distribution environment.

    【Responsibilities】
    -Support the sales team in daily operations: maintain sales data in CRM, follow up on sales leads, manage sales quotations, and ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
    -Assist in preparing pricing, proposals, product presentations, and tender/bid documents in coordination with the Sales Manager.
    -Developing new clients.
    -Coordinate with other internal departments, production, logistics,and quality control to ensure smooth order execution, delivery scheduling, and timely shipment of products (belts, plastic parts, etc.).
    -Help maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and business partners; support client communication, handle inquiries, sample requests, and after-sales follow-up.
    -Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; support Sales Manager in market analysis, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and proposing sales strategies or campaigns.
    -Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management; support target setting and assist in achieving sales and revenue goals.
    -Support the Sales Manager in mentoring and guiding junior sales staff when needed; contribute to internal training, share product knowledge, and support team development.
    -Perform additional tasks as assigned by management or Board of Directors to support overall business growth and customer satisfaction.

    -Bachelor's degree
    -At least 3 years of B2B sales exprience in a Japanese company in the manufacturing industry.
    -At least 1 year of management expreince.
    -At least 1 year of experience in new business development (sales).
    -Japanese N3 (Advanced level)
