    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for developing operational, direct sales strategies.

    - Obtain the objectives and turnover as target by the Management Board.
    - Is accountable for performance of the direct sales team, including overall and product line sales objectives and net sale profit goals.
    - Produces accurate and timely sales forecasts as required by senior sales management. Selects and coaches the performance of respective sales team. Provides ongoing training for sales representatives on product knowledge, selling skills, etc.
    - Communicates and implements sales policies, procedures and processes to support objectives of the Company.
    - Interfaces directly/ indirect with customers and direct sales staff, spending most time in the sales field.
    - Encourage sales persons, customers through sales incentive, bonus on achievement, award trips, and customers’ conferences.
    - Pricing Management: Set up price to customers, market. Study market movement for price adjustment.
    - Incentive solutions, strategies to attack market and differentiate the brand from competitors.
    - Other related issues assigned by General Manager/ Deputy GM- BE Dept.
    - Attending the Sharp copier clients’ order and realize the sales
    - Follow up with direct sales man for collecting the payment
    - Inform the Sharp product information
    - Pushing Direct Sales Staffs to achieve the target for the Team
    - Taking orders.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - University degree and IT background are advantages (Plus+ if any).
    - Fluently English (business level) / Japanese proficiency preferred
    - At least 5 years of experience in Direct Sales (B2B sector).
    - Priority experience in one of the following fields: Photocopiers, Office Technology, Electronic Devices, or IT Software.
    - Strong experience in team management

    <SKILLS>
    - Good command of communication and negotiation, Customer focused, enthusiastic and patient.
    - Computer skill: basic software
