    <Responsible>
    Located in Ho Chi Minh, we are looking for a full-time sales engineer to join our team..

    <Detail>
    - Interfaces with customers, including end uses, consulting engineers, OEM’s, government officials and others to promote the sale of Toray products and services.
    - Provide market feedback on important matters with respect to company’s commercial and competitive position.
    - Report as required to company regarding sales activities.
    - Meet annual target assigned.
    - Conduct presentations as necessary to educate customers.
    - Attended to site for preliminary troubleshooting or as requested by customers.
    - Other relevant tasks and responsibilities not listed above, as directed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant field
    - English: Upper-Intermediate levels
    - Have at least 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment

    - Ability to understand client needs
    - Maintaining client satisfaction
    - As well as possessing effective negotiation skills
    - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
    - Organizational skills
    - Effective presentation skills
    - The ability to troubleshoot and engage in problem resolution
    - Multi-task and shift priorities where necessary
    - As well as work efficiently and professionally under pressure
    - Be detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills

    <Prefer>
    - Have at least 3 years of sales/business development experience in the water treatment/environmental or chemical industry
    - Knowledge and experience in one of the membrane products (RO/NF or UF/ MBR)
    ‐ Have experience in working in Japanese company
