【Job Summary】
The HR Staff will be responsible for supporting all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
This position ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
【Job description】
-Support the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters).
-Maintain candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience.
-Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.
-Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documents.
-Prepare labor contracts, extensions, and related HR paperwork.
-Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company regulations.
-Compensation & Benefits
-Support payroll preparation and monthly social insurance, PIT, and health insurance processes.
-Handle employee attendance, leave records, and overtime calculation.
-Support internal communication and employee engagement activities.
-Handle employee inquiries and support HR-related requests.
-Assist in organizing company events and training programs.
-Support internal and external HR audits.
-Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes.
-Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager or General Director.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 3 years of Exprience as HR staff.
-Japanese N2 (Intermediate level)
-Not looking for candidates whose main experience is in general affairs or accounting, must have mainly experience in HR.
【Advantage】
-Practical experience in recruiting IT engineers.
-Experience in implementing and operating performance evaluation systems.
-Experience in designing training and development programs, such as OJT frameworks, training planning, and onboarding processes.
-Experience in operating HR management systems (e.g., Tanca, Workday, MISA, etc.).
-Basic knowledge of labor law, taxation, and social insurance.
-Experience working based on KPIs and performance targets.
-Experience in cross-departmental coordination, communication, and consensus building.English Level
