  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Staff to join our Vietnam team and contribute to our continued growth in the industrial components and automation solutions sector. As a Sales Staff member, you will be the face of the company, engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their technical and logistical needs, and delivering tailored solutions from our product portfolio, which includes electrical components.
  You will work closely with Japanese and local teams to create business opportunities across diverse industries, from factory automation to robotics, manufacturing, and beyond.

  【Responsibilities】
  -Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities in industrial and automation markets across Vietnam.
  -Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to coordinate product proposals, pricing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
  -Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to ensure the competitive positioning of our products.
  -Organize and participate in customer visits, technical seminars, and exhibitions as needed.
  -Coordinate with headquarters and regional offices to align on pricing, logistic support, and global SCM initiatives.
  -Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, and ensure accurate forecasting and sales activity tracking.
  -Provide high-quality customer service, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
