<Job Summary>
In this position, you will serve as a founding member of our Vietnam operations, focusing on the expansion of our proprietary cloud-based ERP solution, “ZAC.” You will be responsible for field sales activities, from proposing solutions to closing deals with new clients, aiming to build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and executives. Looking ahead, we expect you to play a central role in driving business growth and leading the expansion of our operations in the Vietnamese market.
<Job detail>
1. New Client Development
- Develop and execute new business proposals targeting both Japanese and Vietnamese companies operating in Vietnam.
- Create strategic touchpoints with prospective clients to raise awareness of ZAC and maximize opportunities for meetings and inquiries.
- Collect and analyze client data to craft effective approaches tailored to each target.
- Plan and execute marketing activities such as webinars, trade shows, and inside sales initiatives as needed.
- Organize and lead initial client meetings; assess client needs through discussions and demonstrations of ZAC, focusing on their business challenges and system requirements.
- Address identified gaps by proposing solutions using ZAC’s features and client case studies; facilitate additional meetings (e.g., simplified Fit & Gap sessions) with cross-functional client stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment and clarity throughout the sales process; conduct persuasive presentations that connect ZAC’s functionalities to the client’s strategic goals.
- Provide ROI-focused proposals and secure internal approval from the client’s decision-makers to finalize contracts.
- Foster long-term client relationships through ZAC implementation and ongoing engagement.
2. Partner Development
- Collaborate closely with the Japan headquarters and other offices to expand business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new channel partners or distributors in the Vietnamese market; build strategic alliances that create mutual value.
- Strengthen relationships with partners by proposing and executing co-growth strategies.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, sales collateral, and improvement of the sales process to enhance overall performance.
3. Market Planning
- Work alongside HQ members to develop go-to-market strategies and sales operations aimed at acquiring target leads.
- Analyze local market trends, industry movements, and customer needs to adjust tactics and focus areas.
- Contribute to building a sustainable sales pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects for ZAC implementation.

Requirement
<Must>
- Bachelor
- Japanese skills: N2 Intermediate levels.
‐ At least 5 years of B2B sales, involving high-value IT solutions. (SaaS, ERP...) or Experienced in B2B sales of high-value solutions (more than 170 mil VND) with long-term client relationship management.
- Have experience working to use Japanese in Japanese companies.
- No job hopper (Max Age + 2 companies).English Level
