Job Description
【Job Summary】
- Responsibility for Sales activities
【Main responsibilities】
- Oversee the sales performance, marketing, and promotion of the inverter product line. Develop and implement strategies to increase product penetration and sales across various channels.
- Develop and implement channel strategies for low voltage drives and motors.
- Manage and support existing distribution partners to ensure sales growth and alignment with company objectives.
- Provide product training and basic technical support to distributors' sales teams
- Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve product-related issues when needed
- Monitor distributor performance including sales volume, inventory status, and market activities
- Propose and execute promotional programs, pricing policies, and incentive schemes for channel partners
- Collect and analyze market data and competitor activities to support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel-related activities
- Collaborate closely with BU and regional teams, suppliers to support customers and expand the business throughout Vietnam.

Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the electrical or industrial automation sector, preferably with drives and motors.
- Good communication in English (Intermediate level)
- Experience working with global brands such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Danfoss, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Good networking connection and good understanding of the inverter market and customers (end users, OEM makers).English Level
