    Responsible for the Import-Export and back office tasks.

    【Job description (details)】
    - Dealing with the procedure of the shipping process.
    - Tracking shipments and communicating with clients about the package's situation.
    - Coordinating shipping with customs clearance agents on overseas deliveries.
    - Handling claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
    - Providing efficient delivery logistics through data management.
    - Filling out import-export documentation.
    - Calculating international fees for each shipment.
    - Inspection of the products don't have any problems (QC)
    - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate (Reading and Writing Japanese Email, and reporting to Japanese Manager)
    - English: Conversational Level (Reading, Speaking)
    - Having lived in Japan.
    - Can work immediately

    <Prefer>
    - At least 2 years of working as an Export staff
