    Responsible for Import-Export task

    【Job description (details)】
    - Dealing with the procedure of the shipping process.
    - Tracking shipments and communicating with clients about the package's situation.
    - Coordinating shipping with customs clearance agents on overseas deliveries.
    - Handling claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
    - Providing efficient delivery logistics through data management.
    - Filling out import-export documentation.
    - Culculating international fees for each shipment.
    - Inspection if the products don't have any problem (QC)
    - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate (to liaise with Reading Writing Japanese Email and reporting to Japanese Manager)
    - English: Conversational Level (Reading, Speaking)
    - At least 2 years of working as a Import Export staff
    - Can work immediately

    <Prefer>
    - Having experience studying in Japan
    - Graduated from University of Social Sciences and Humanities or HCMC University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology with major in Japanese
