• Job Description

  One of our clients, which is a Training Company, is now looking for Sales Staff.
  
  New Clients : Existing Clients = 50% : 50%
  Clients: Factory of Manufacturing Firm (Almost Japanese)
  Products: Electronics (Main Product), Chemical, Machine
  Region: Vietnam (Mainly South)
  
  【What you will be working on】
  -Supporting the Singapore branch to sell to customers
  -Supporting Japanese managers and get demand estimation from clients
  -Visiting clients (To catch up on client demand, Production plans etc...)
  -Communicating with other staff, customers, and warehouse companies to ensure smooth progress
  -Communicating with suppliers as necessary
  -Providing support to ensure that the installation process goes smoothly
  -Calling and E-mail new and existing clients(Get client situation)
  -Feedback HQ and SG teams client demand estimation
  -Follow up delivery (Mainly handled by Logistics teams in SG)
  -Translation and Interpretation (English, Japanese, Vietnamese)
  -Visiting the client with the Japanese manager
  -Require business trips to Hanoi once per month (usually up to 1weeks)
  -Creating the Marketing Materials
  -Providing support such as attendance when members come to Vietnam from other countries
  -Other tasks as appropriate depending on the situation
