  One of our clients, which provides Japanese companies with the support for overseas expansion, Accounting, Payroll, acquiring a working Visa in Vietnam, is now looking for a Reception staff.
  
  【What they are looking for】
  Receptionist
  - Reception of company guests or customers entering and exiting the company
  - Support information, simple and fast business for office tenants
  - Reciprocal with company's suppliers
  - Reciprocally working with Zenplaza when there is a need for construction, transportation in and out of the building, registration of monthly bus tickets
  - Perform the task of arranging and scheduling meetings, events in the company and for customers
  - Order stationery and other necessary supplies for the company
  - Receive and classify mails sent to the company and customers
  - Receive calls and redirect them to the department in charge of solving the problem
  
  Office administration
  - Arrange and manage company contracts.
  - Organize company activities such as birthday, office decoration, team building
  - Scan and store the company's payment documents and invoices on a monthly basis
  - Manage individual entry and exit through the secom . system
  - Synthesize timesheet data for each employee on a monthly basis
  - Prepare contracts, contract addendums for customers
  - Translate and interpreting documents
  - Manage stationery and supplies of the company
