  ■General Affairs & Accounting
  - Basic bookkeeping (cash ledger level) ※An accounting and sales management system is planned for implementation in 2025, requiring data entry into the system thereafter
  - Issuing payment requests, managing petty cash, handling insurance procedures, calculating salaries, and verifying PIT/VAT amounts
  - Sending necessary documents and contracts to the accounting firm
  - Drafting labor contracts and basic transaction agreements
  - Communicating general affairs and accounting instructions to the manufacturing company of the group company (as Japanese Manager also manages the company’s administration)
  - Issuing purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  - Handling trade operations (only coordinating with forwarders).
  
  ■Sales Assistant
  - Customer support for the trading division (mainly coordinating delivery schedules).
  - Adjusting matters with suppliers regarding the above.
  - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager
