    Responsible for management for all operational activities mainly in Purchasing, Cost Calculation, Sales, Import & Export, Logistics, Inventory based on PDCA process.

    - Advise and discuss with operation department staffs.
    - Manage tasks of staffs.
    - Solve problems involving in house matters as well as customers and suppliers, government offices…
    - Report to Japanese BOD.
    - Other job details will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications

    - Bachelor Degree
    - Language : Japanese (equivalent to N2) - Good English is big plus.
    - Have at least over 3 years of experience in import - export or sales/purchasing/inventory management.
    - Have knowledge of import and export, tax, inventory management…
    - Good at communication, management skill.
    - Good at analytical, synthesis, planning and implementation skills.
    - Good at training, assigning and motivating team.
    - Have sharp, creative, proactive working mindset.
    - Have a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm in working.
