  • Job Description

    You will be ​joining one of our engineering squads to develop and scale our backend systems. Your responsibilities:
    - Designing and developing LOGIVAN’s cloud-native core backend platform and services using Ruby on Rails & Postgresql, which serve all of our client mobile and web apps
    - Taking major part in finding technical solutions for our business and product problems
    - Collaborating across functions in your Scrum team, working with Product Owners, Web & Mobile Engineers, QAs and Tech Leads to deliver impactful products and features
    - Peer-reviewing other members’ work
    - Creating technical documentation for the modules and components you own
    - Training and mentoring more junior engineers
    - Being a part of our migration from monolith to microservices architecture

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST HAVE>
    - Must have experiences on Ruby on Rails to develop Logivan Cloud Native
    - Expertise in one of these languages: PHP, Python, Golang, Java, Scala, C++, C#
    - 4 years of relevant work experience as a Backend Engineer/Developer
    - Excellent technical problem solving skills and aptitude to learn new technologies, tools and methodologies
    - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
    - Extensive REST API development experience
    - Hands on experience with relational databases like MySQL, Postgresql
    - Experience with at least one of these topics: caching, messaging queue, search engines, NoSQL, microservices, performance optimization
    - Proficient in writing clean code, following good principles, design patterns and best practices, covered with
