  • Job Description

    - Responsible for contacting with Japanese customers
    - Focus on using Photoshop, Illustrator for Image processing
    - Contact with customers in Japanese
    - Take phone calls from customers
    - Deal with and respond to emails
    - Recieve some orders from customers to support their tasks
    ; HR & GA tasks
    ; Input numbers and Japanese words
    ; Use Photo shop, Illustrator, Excel and Word
    - Manage Vietnamese staffs in the office
    - Improve the environment in the office
    - Make reports
    **Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Japanese : At least N2 level (without N2 holder will be accepted) (Be able to read email written in Japanese including some KANJI)
    - Working experience as a Manager at least 1 year ( Prefer : The field related to BPO/Customer service)
    - Good at using Photoshop, Illustrator
    - Be able to work as long as possible
