【主な業務内容】
・主に日系法人顧客開拓、フォローアップ
・顧客の与信・取引管理 (クレジットアプリケーションの作成・レビュー、顧客の信用分析および与信提案を含む)
・顧客との契約書締結、ビジネスレポートの作成
・ビジネス戦略やアカウントプランの計画・立案業務
・サービス(預金、外国為替、貿易金融、融資に関する商品)に関する営業/プロモーション活動
・その他付随する業務
资格
任职资格
<必須要件>
・銀行、金融または関連分野の学士号以上を有する方
・外資系/国内銀行業界、または金融サービス企業において、営業推進・ビジネスデベロップメントの実務経験が5年以上ある方
・財務諸表分析に関する優れたスキルを有する方
・財務・会計の原則および概念について十分な知識と理解を有する方
・英語力:中級レベル以上
・優れた対人関係能力およびコミュニケーション能力を有し、チームワーク、責任感、主体性、勤勉さを備えている方
・優れたPCスキル(Microsoft Office 等)

+ PO Application: run PO application, get approval by GM+ Document prepartaion before delivery: Sales/Purchases contract, Invoice Packing list, payment request to customers, send docs and Customes Declaration to EPE Customers+ Delivery process: contact supplier and customer to check delivery date, related docs then proceed+ Invoice: get and check VAT invoice from suppliers, submit required docs to accountant to issue invoice+ Document after delivery: collect and check signed DN to customers, signed DO from suppliers+ Payment to suppliers: check debit and preapre Payment Application monthly after receiving all documents and debit note+ Task requested from accountant: check monthly sales report, check invoice and stock monthly, sum up supplier invoice monthly+ Submit documet for signature: print and prepare docs to get signature from General Manager+ Customer code registration: apply Application on internal system and get approval from General Manager+ Demand: make and check demand file for sales, summarize and send to suppliers+ Original documents: get signed contract and save originals, classify original document into each file+ Others: general administrative tasks such as hotel booking, air ticket arrangements for sales person

工作内容
- Operate and maintain the Customers’ SRM systems, ensuring accurate data management and smooth processing of customer-related documents.- Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers on a regular basis, proactively supporting timely payments and minimizing overdue balances.- Make delivery plan for customers- Control PO from the customers and closely working with customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.- Handling precursor declaration and chemical declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any)- Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers/customers.- Be responsible to place PO to suppliers; follow up and control this category of materials to meet the timing and reliability of the company.- Based on Purchase Requisition, or forecast from Sale team, purchase materials per purchasing procedure and company’s policies.
