<Job summary>The Investment Management will support the Investment, Research and Project Management team (Investment Department) in new investment, project management (PM), joint venture/partners relationship management (RM), and risk/compliance oversight to ensure optimal investment performance and smooth partnerships in line with the company's strategic goals.<Detail> 1. Implement New Investment- Support executions of new investment/deal and transactions, in coordination with other teams at MCUDV.- Support key activities including financial analysis, valuation and modeling, due diligence, data room management, and transaction documentation.- Support deal structuring, pricing, negotiation, and closing, ensuring alignment with company’s objectives internal approval procedures.- Contribute to deal origination support, including preparation of pitch materials, Investment proposal/Memo, and participation in partners discussions.- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all deal materials and outputs.- Participate in and implement MCUDV’s assignments with partners (local developers, banks, lawyers..).- Support market research and contribute to company’s growth of market insights and intelligence.- Support Investment Director in any other tasks or strategic projects as required, including market research, networking and business developments.2. 1. Credit Transaction Execution:- Manage processing of credit transactions (loans, guarantees, derivatives) in accordance with credit agreements and regulatory standards.- Oversee loan disbursement, documentation checks, periodic reviews, interest rate adjustments.- Monitor maturity dates, repayment schedules for loans and derivatives, ensuring timely action and risk mitigation.- Maintain transaction status tracking, manage daily administrative tasks with precision, and contribute to continuous process improvement.2. Agent Role Leadership:- Act as the lead agent and/or account bank/security agent in syndicated loan deals.- Lead contract reviews, coordinate receipt of agreements and secured assets, and oversee documentation flows.- Act as the central point of contact for communication between borrowers, lenders, and internal parties.3. Client & Business Support:- Serve as the primary contact for client requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.- Provide guidance on documentation and compliance requirements, supporting relationship managers (RMs) in delivering exceptional client service.4.
