同社が提供する「企業とエキスパートのマッチングサービス」のプロジェクトメンバーを募集しています。
クライエントである、世界中の戦略コンサルティングファーム、投資ファンド、大手事業会社などから日々舞い込んでくるインタビューの依頼を適切に理解し、スピード感を持って自社データベースからエキスパートをマッチングをし、企業と繋ぎます。また、自社のデータベースにいないエキスパートの開拓(リクルーティング)も随時行います。

・エキスパートのマッチング・リクルーティング
私たちは、自社のデータベースや各種ITツール、幅広いネットワークを活用し、クライアントのニーズに合った専門家(エキスパート)を国内外からリサーチ・選定します。見つけたエキスパートには、同社が大切にしている「知識をシェアする」という考え方や、具体的なプロジェクトの内容をご説明し、協力にご同意いただいた上で、企業とのインタビューをセッティングします。
