【Job Summary】- Responsible for work as a Customs Clearance Logistics Operation Assistant.【Job Description】1. Review sales price applications submitted by the Sales Departments in Japan and China, including:- Confirming whether profit margins are properly included- Checking for errors in cost calculations- Confirming whether any costs are missing- Assessing the possibility of additional costs arising2. Cost Calculation and Profit Margin Analysis- Accurately calculate the required costs for each project and analyze profit margins- Propose improvement or adjustment plans to the Sales Department when necessary3. Data Preparation and Reporting- Prepare data and reporting materials based on review results4. Communication and Coordination- Coordinate smoothly with the Sales Departments and related divisions at the Japan headquarters and China branch- Participate in online meetings and use chat tools when necessary5.
