- Hỗ trợ các hoạt động cải tiến chất lượng trong công đoạn sản xuất (IPQC) theo chỉ đạo của Trưởng phòng- Tham gia phân tích lỗi và nguyên nhân gốc rễ (5Why, Fishbone, 8D, PDCA,…) và đề xuất biện pháp cải tiến- Hỗ trợ đối ứng khách hàng về chất lượng (tham gia họp, chuẩn bị tài liệu, báo cáo phân tích lỗi và báo cáo cải tiến)- Phối hợp với các bộ phận để xử lý các vấn đề chất lượng phát sinh- Hỗ trợ đào tạo, chia sẻ kiến thức cho Trưởng nhóm và Kỹ sư về cải tiến chất lượng khi được yêu cầu- Tham gia audit nội bộ hoặc audit khách hàng theo phân công

-Tư vấn chiến lược kỹ thuật cho dây chuyền SMT, thiết kế quy trình, cải tiến công nghệ và giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật chuyên sâu- Hỗ trợ đội ngũ kỹ sư trong việc thiết lập, hiệu chỉnh và tối ưu hóa các máy móc SMT như : máy gắp đặt (pick &place), máy in kem hàn (printer), máy hàn reflow, SPI, AOI- Đưa ra giải pháp nâng cao hiệu suất, giảm lỗi, tăng chất lượng sản phẩm và tối ưu chi phí sản xuất- Phân tích lỗi sản xuất, đánh giá nguyên nhân gốc rễ ( root cause analysis) và đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục, phòng ngừa- Cố vấn lựa chọn thiết bị, công nghệ, vật tư phù hợp trong quá trình mở rộng hoặc nâng cấp dây chuyền. Quản lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật và thúc đẩy đánh giá để tuyển chọn- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo kỹ thuật chuyên sâu cho kỹ sư- Tham gia triển khai các dự án chuyển đổi công nghệ, tự động hóa và kiếm soát chất lượng nâng cao trong SMT- Xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn vận hành và đào tạo nội bộ- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và an toàn.
