Kỹ Sư Tư Vấn Giải Pháp là vị trí đóng vai trò cầu nối kỹ thuật trong toàn bộ quá trình bán hàng, phối hợp với đội ngũ kinh doanh để tư vấn và xây dựng các giải pháp quản lý in ấn và xử lý tài liệu cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp. Công việc kết hợp giữa kiến thức hạ tầng CNTT (system/network) và kỹ năng pre-sales, phù hợp với ứng viên IT Support/System Admin muốn chuyển hướng sang tư vấn giải pháp.1. Tư vấn giải pháp & hỗ trợ kinh doanh (60%)• Phân tích nhu cầu khách hàng, chuyển đổi yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành giải pháp kỹ thuật. • Demo và trình bày các giải pháp như quản lý in ấn, OCR, Document Workflow, Output Management. • Thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống phù hợp với hạ tầng IT hiện có (Active Directory, Print Server, network, ERP…). • Chuẩn bị tài liệu kỹ thuật: proposal, PoC, so sánh giải pháp và phản hồi RFP/RFI. 2. Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trước & sau bán hàng (25%)• Thiết lập môi trường demo/test, thực hiện PoC tại khách hàng. • Đồng hành cùng team sales xuyên suốt quy trình: tiếp cận, khảo sát, ký hợp đồng và triển khai. • Hỗ trợ giai đoạn đầu sau bán: hướng dẫn sử dụng, xử lý sự cố cơ bản, đào tạo end-user. • Làm cầu nối giữa khách hàng và team kỹ thuật để tối ưu và cải tiến giải pháp. 3. Phát triển chuyên môn & phối hợp nội bộ (15%)• Đào tạo nội bộ cho team Sales/Marketing về sản phẩm và thị trường. • Cập nhật công nghệ mới: Cloud Print, Zero Trust, Microsoft 365/Azure AD, chuyển đổi số tài liệu. • Tham gia xây dựng tài liệu bán hàng, case study và nội dung kỹ thuật hỗ trợ marketing.
