• Participate in SAP implementation and support projects as a Functional Consultant for one or more modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP, or QM.• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation according to business process design and project scope.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical consultants, other SAP modules, and business users) to ensure smooth end-to-end process integration.• Prepare and maintain project documents including Business Blueprint, Functional Design Document, Test Scripts, and User Manuals.• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user training to ensure the solution meets business needs.• Provide post go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and propose system or process improvements.• Communicate regularly with Japanese and local stakeholders to update project progress, clarify requirements, and align expectations.• Continuously update knowledge on SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends to deliver high-quality solutions.

<Job summary>You will be an ERP consultant in a Japanese company.* This position is an Outsourced.<Detail>- Promote the planning and implementation of IT systems centered on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM) from a customer-oriented perspective - Analyze and understand clients’ business situations to propose optimal solutions - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and organize issues and their root causes - Support the formulation of overall business and IT transformation plans, as well as the development of IT grand designs - Manage ERP implementation projects from both the user and vendor perspectives - Other task from the manager or Japanese HQ<Attractive Point>- You can work in a good environment with a good salary. - It's a freelance contract, but it's generally renewed annually.- Work Style: Both office and remote work.
